New appointment to Perth Theatre Trust board
Perth Theatre Trust General Manager, Duncan Ord today announced a new Board appointment for the Perth Theatre Trust (PTT).
Ms Nadia van Dommelen, a Partner at PwC Australia in Infrastructure and Urban Renewal, has been appointed to the PTT Board for three years.
Nadia van Dommelen is a professionally qualified civil and structural engineer with over 20 years of industry experience focused predominantly in project management of building and infrastructure projects.
Mr Ord said Ms van Dommelen’s background would prove invaluable for the Trust which has a large suite of buildings that it manages on behalf of the State.
“Ms van Dommelen will be able to provide to the Board a deeper understanding of the critical issues facing the State’s infrastructure” he said.
“Her experience will allow Perth Theatre Trust to develop a strategic approach to building maintenance and upgrades.”
Ms van Dommelen’s appointment coincides with the reappointment for two years of trustee, Mr Morgan Solomon as Chair. Mr Solomon is a partner with Solomon Hollett Lawyers. City of Perth Councillors Janet Davidson and Jim Adamos have also been extended for a further twelve months.
The changes to the Board will see Mr Max Kay step down as a Trustee.
Mr Ord thanked Mr Kay for his services to the Trust over the past twelve years.
