Vital Volunteers
The Perth Theatre Trust would like to acknowledge the work of volunteers at the Albany Entertainment Centre (AEC).
Since the AEC opened in December 2010, the centre has come to rely on a group of more than 130 volunteers who assist on a daily basis.
They are responsible for a range of activities from front of house and usher duties to tours of the centre.
AEC Manager Garry Snowdon said the AEC’s volunteers made a significant contribution to the centre ensuring patrons enjoyed a welcoming and positive experience.
“In 2014 alone, our wonderful volunteers gave more than 1000 hours of their time to the centre. We are enormously appreciative of their time, enthusiasm and, importantly, their on-going support,” he said.
AEC welcomes new volunteers and application forms are available from the Box Office between 10am-5pm Monday to Friday or 10am-1pm Saturday.
AEC is managed by the Perth Theatre Trust.
